1. About these Terms
The Site is operated by BlingRhinestone.shop (BlingRhinestone, we, us or our). By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any order-specific terms shown at checkout or in a written quotation.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.
3. Products, specifications and availability
Product descriptions, colors, sizes, images and availability are provided for general information and may vary by batch, screen and lighting. We may correct errors, update specifications, limit quantities or discontinue products. A product page is not a binding quotation until we accept your order or issue written order confirmation.
4. Wholesale and custom orders
Wholesale, bulk, private-label and custom orders may have minimum quantities, sample approvals, artwork requirements, production lead times and non-cancellable stages. Those terms will be confirmed in writing before production. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of artwork, trademarks and other materials you provide.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock, pricing, verification, destination restrictions or suspected fraud. Prices, currency, freight, taxes and duties are confirmed at checkout, quotation or order confirmation. Payment must clear before dispatch or production unless we have agreed credit terms in writing.
6. Shipping, taxes and customs
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs documentation applicable to the destination. Risk of loss transfers as stated in the applicable shipping term or, if no term is stated, when the carrier accepts the shipment.
7. Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us before requesting a change or cancellation. Custom, personalized, opened or production-stage goods may not be cancellable or returnable except where required by law. For a damaged, incorrect or defective shipment, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law or written order terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, graphics, logos, photographs, product data and software are owned by or licensed to BlingRhinestone and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
9. User submissions
If you submit artwork, reviews, images or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, process the order, resolve support issues and operate the Site. You represent that you have the rights required to submit that material.
10. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the Site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the Site for fraud, abuse or any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and non-essential information are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlingRhinestone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users or our rights, or where these Terms are breached. Terms that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers and dispute provisions, will continue after termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you additional rights. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes, unless the parties agree another lawful dispute process.
